After a brief inspection, they brought in a motor-powered "snake" and ten minutes later the drain was clear. They cleaned the area, loaded their equipment and drove away at 9:30 AM after 45 minutes at the site. Your indignant PO'ed Mom: "You couldn't buy a 'BEIGE' toilet to match the seat"? I decided to try and replace my Moen shower cartridge on my own. Long story short, it did not go well. I called Mr. Schinestuhl, whom my family has known and used since I was a kid. He came over at 7:30 PM after working all day and stayed until my cartridge was finally removed. He was back the next morning and was able to get me up and running in no time. I cannot thank Mr. Schinestuhl enough for his prompt response, hard work, and never surrender attitude. …$350 to replace a shut off valve on a MB toilet???? Never again. Called them to ask why it was so much for less than a 30 minute fix….Melissa the dispatch had zero empathy, didn’t apologize, nothing. In fact, defended it. So much for a family run business. Buyer beware….ask about their $69 service fee too…they just add it to their price…..

My furnace decided to break down on one of the coldest nights this winter. My current service does not have after hours so as per my town FB page recommendation I called Chapman Brothers. The technician came out and diagnosed the issue but had to search back at the shop for the part. He found it! Fixed it and we were back warm and toasty. Good call back ...not just leave a black hole message. Great service! I can't thank them enough for being there 24/7.
